Verdict

Terms of Service

Last updated 13 September 2026

These terms cover your use of Verdict, a product of Hilm Technologies. Using the app or subscribing means you agree to them. Questions: verdict@hilmtec.com.

What Verdict is

A macOS desktop app and web app that gives a team one place to see each other's Claude Code and Codex sessions, and warns agents before two people take on the same work. You bring your own Anthropic or OpenAI key; Verdict never charges for AI inference. When you or a teammate use Verdict's AI features, session content shared in your workspace is sent to that provider to produce the result; the Privacy Policy explains what is sent and how to opt out.

Plans and billing

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel at any time from Settings; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and it does not renew after that.

Payments are final. We do not give refunds or credits for unused time, partial billing periods, downgrades, or cancellation part-way through a period, except where a refund is required by law. The 30-day trial is free, and nothing is charged until you subscribe. If you believe a charge was made in error, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will look into it.

Acceptable use

Availability and liability

Verdict is provided "as is." We work to keep it running and to protect your data (see the Privacy Policy), but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service, and to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior three months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be dated above and noted in the app for account holders. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
